Shipping costs, free-shipping thresholds, and delivery timings can vary by market and are finalized at checkout.
All orders are sent with a tracked delivery service. Free shipping applies on orders over €120 across our selected launch markets.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees and remote-area surcharges may apply depending on the destination. These charges are outside our control and remain the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise during checkout.
Orders begin processing after payment confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details are shared by email and delivery timing starts from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.

During launch periods, promotional drops or holidays, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact support within 5 business days and include your order number plus clear photos so the case can be reviewed quickly.
