LYORA is a trading name of AVENOR RETAIL GROUP LTD (company number 17479603). We currently ship to addresses in Australia.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, sales and holiday periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery times

A final delivery timeframe has not been verified. If a delivery estimate appears at checkout or in your order confirmation, it is indicative only and not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details are sent by email.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, unless a free shipping promotion applies.

Duties and taxes

Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We do not charge additional fees on delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels
